After a solid career in fine dining, Mama Sue founder, Katie, hung up her chef’s whites a few years ago to bring superlative sausages to the party. And she’s bringing them to our 20th!!
Hotdogs are served on a bakery-fresh cornmeal topped roll and topped with all sorts of goodies. Signatures include Club Tropicana: gouda, crispy bacon and pineapple chutney, to the classic Oktoberfest: sauerkraut, mustard and crispy onion. Plus a whole selection of veggie and vegan switchouts,
Mama Sue’s are also a conscious kitchen and source their meat from a local butcher and use local veg market produce wherever possible. Their containers are made from sustainable sugarcane and birchwood cutlery—both fully recyclable/compostable—and they’ll only ever use 100% recycled paper napkins. They’re even experimenting with growing their own peppers. No luck as yet but they remain hopeful!
