We’ve spoken a lot about institutions and traditions on these pages, but Chung’s Chippy on Oldfield Rd is at the eye of the Pantheon of SFTOC folklore. They’ve been serving up the finest in fried foods to festival goers since day one. Things come and go but Chung’s still stays.
