BBC Introducing Manchester

On Saturday just gone Your Boy Roesh invited Riv & Siân to the lovely BBC Radio Manchester studio just down the road at MediaCityUK to get the story of the festival and take a look at the BBC Introducing artists featuring on 1st May.

The Freak Zone Playlist on BBC Radio 6 Music

This week we put together a playlist of some of the more genre-defying acts at this year’s festival for the Freak Zone on 6 Music, including tracks from experimental trio Mandy, Indiana, gabber metalist Lady Neptune and queer jungle vocalist Grove, as well as some of our most treasured alumni, poet saxophonist Alabaster DePlume and experimental rock outfit Black Country, New Road.
